Regional Roads Australia Mobile Program Pilot

The Regional Roads Australia Mobile Program Pilot provides funding to increase mobile coverage along Albany Highway and Great Eastern Highway.

The Regional Roads Australia Mobile Program (RRAMP) Pilot is a $16 million pilot program to increase in-vehicle handheld mobile phone coverage along two of WA’s key regional highways.

The pilot program will focus on Albany Highway between Bedfordale and Albany Airport and the Great Eastern Highway between Bullabulling and Meckering.

Eligible Mobile Network Operators and Mobile Network Infrastructure Providers are encouraged to read the program guidelines below and apply via SmartyGrants.

Applications close 28 November 2025 at 4pm.
